Bio:

My name is Prabhnoor Singh, I was part of the 2020 Graduating Class for Geomatics Engineering at York University, Ontario, Canada. I have had the opportunity to serve as an executive member on numerous projects with Seva Food Bank, Toronto Sikh Retreat, and the Sikh Youth Federation. I have a deep-felt passion for Gurmat Sangeet through my practice of the Dilruba. Alongside this, I love playing basketball, soccer and anything that gets me moving. Through the Grace of the Divine, I hope that my passion for Gurmat Sangeet can inspire others in experiencing the healing abilities of Raag and Gurshabad.

Through being an advisor to the Sikh Youth I aim to exemplify the values of Sikh spirituality through advocacy for the transformation of Oneself and the greater society. The key will be to help integrate this mindset with the College/University experience and transferring those skills into the professional world. A lot of times I feel that we just need someone to guide us in seeing a different perspective on the same situation. It would be a privilege to be able to share my experiences and lessons with my younger brothers and sisters so that they can patiently adapt to the inevitable changes life brings forth.
